Comme d'habitude quand je voyage, on trouve des nouvelles de mon cours de langue à Montpellier sur mon blog. Cette fois, j'essaie de l'écrire en français.

Sweet home

Dear friends

The last post until my next journey in a foreign country, I am writing in the international language English, so that most of my friends (Swiss, French, English, Australian, Mexican and so on) may understand something. Of course I am aware that you don't care that much about my comments, most of you just look at the pics, but if there is just one that has the time to read, I will be satisfied. ;)
Well then, 2 weeks ago I arrived safe at home after a lovely goodbye-party organised by the French students. Thanks a lot, we had a great time!
I was busy again right away. I had the opportunity to enjoy the final game (and party) of the Brazilian team in Weggis with 25'000 other spectators ...
... and for the last 2 weeks a Mexican friend of mine named "Jorge Andres Fernandez Avalos" has been visiting me and I have showed him around in little Switzerland.
We were biking ... (I am very proud of you Jorge!!!)

... fishing ... (next time you will get one!!!)
... kayaking ... (for insiders: fortunately there were no dragonflies around!!!)
... camping ... (isn't that romantic?)
... and of course travelling around.
Right here in front of the Swiss Miniature Museum in Melide (close to Lugano, Italian part)...
... or at the palace of justice in Lausanne (French part) ...

... or on the "Bundesplatz" in Berne (took me a long while to persuade Jorge that Berne and not Zurich is the capitol city!), in front of the Swiss National Bank. What you cannot see is the Swiss government building which stands on the right side and all other Swiss banks (UBS, Credit Suisse, Valiant Bank and so on...) which encercle this place. Therefore I do understand all tourists which say that Switzerland is just that rich because of its banks.
Well then, and now I need a break and a coffee to reload my energy. You do not have to check the blog for the next months. I will write an e-mail when I will be travelling around for the next time and use this Blog again. One more time thanks to everyone who was participating in person or in thoughts with me on this interesting journey in France and after that in Switzerland.

Marco

PS to all French guys: Fabian and his bike (or however you want to call that little orange fold-away thing) arrived well at home last week!!!
